Our Object of the Week has, fittingly, royal wedding associations! This letter was sent out by the then Princess Elizabeth following her own wedding in 1947. She had been sent gifts of food from overseas donors, reflecting the severe rationing going on at that time, and wished to share the food in turn with others, presumably including a recipient in the Cefn area.
