Just to let you know that the advertised topic for the July meeting of the Historical Society has had to be changed at short notice. The theme for the evening is now 'Travel Back in Time: Howard Paddock and Dewi Davies on local journeys by train and coach'. We'll be making some use of DVDs to illustrate the topic. We'll also be holding a short Extraordinary General Meeting to elect a new Chair and Secretary, and to fill vacant Committee positions. The meeting is in the George Edwards Hall at 7pm on Friday 28 July.
